Artist's Description
Upon looking at the oil painting "Hands of Devotion", a very calm soothing feeling over whelm you. Artist Linda Simon, once again, created another one of her signature paintings of children and animals. The soft hues of the floor, walls and slight patterns mesh so complementary. When Ms. Simon gets stressed, she likes to look at her painting like she has never seen it before. This scene is of a wonderful morning ritual between the girls getting ready for school. The little terrier dog observes with much anticipation, as he soon will be fed his morning meal. Sometimes you need simple arrangements that are so carefully painted they can stir any emotion. Your eyes will be drawn right to the love of the sisters and devotion to each other. Capturing your soft emotions, may you also take a turn into peace, comfort and tranquil bliss!
